开始培养读书习惯的时候，首先测算一下读50页书需用多少时间，并将结果记录下来。把开始读的页码和准确时间记下来，再把最后读完的页码用同样方法做个记录。每次读同等数量的书所用的时间就一目了然了。有了这样的习惯，便可预先确定读书所需的时间了。

以前在学习时间管理的时候，就有提到这一点。但我觉得麻烦就没能坚持太久，结合这里，我有了一点改善的思路。

在这之前，我学到了一个时间管理方法是写时间记录清单，具体方法是将自己每天做的事情写下来，然后记录完成的时间段、效率，坚持一段时间后，分析出自己最佳做事时间，以及做每一件事情所需要花费的时间，再根据自己掌握的情况，更新自己的每日计划安排。循环往复，让自己的时间利用效率达到最大化。

我尝试了一段时间，事无巨细的都进行了记录。但效果并不好。因为我每天做的事情太琐碎了，而且有的事情可能只做一次，每件事情都仔细记录分析的话，会非常的耗时耗神，也有些没必要。

后来我简化了自己的时间记录清单。我还是会每天写计划与总结，保证自己该做的事情都会完成。同时，对于一些一直完不成的事情，我会进行复盘，找出原因，然后去解决。

￵这样的方式我坚持了大半年了。比起时间管理清单，目前的方式更像一个任务列表，有助于我对事情的推进，但在时间的掌控力上，我做得还是不好，所以每天会给自己过多或过少的安排事情，无法效率最大化。

读了这本书，我想到可以选择重要的和反复会做的事情在不同时间段进行时间记录。比如，我最近比较重要的一个计划是养成阅读习惯，那么我就可以单独做一个读书日志，记录下自己的阅读不同种类图书所需的时间、速度，确定自己的读书所需时间。后面有阅读计划的时候，就可以更合理的进行安排。这个方法也可以推广至工作、生活的方方面面，让自己的计划变得更加具有可操作性。
